2024-25 has proven to be another hot year for BCSCA coaches, producing team members of SNC teams at National Junior and senior camps and championships, NAG records, and Canada Games, Trials medalists as well as Provincial champions and record setters.

As an organization and a board we are able to offer a personal, professional organization that was able to assist many individual coaches when they needed help. The organization hosted speaker Tom Himes, and gave out five professional grants to BC coaches who traveled to mentor with other coaches.

Our board of directors represents every area of the province; north, east, south and on the Island.

BCSCA members went out of their way to take roles on the staff at many SNC and SBC camps and competitions. The Canada Games staff were all BCSCA members who helped 16 athletes win medals and break Games records, and lead the team to third place behind Ontario and Quebec.

BCSCA made significant financial investments in 2024-25 which will continue to earn income for the organization for years.

2025-26 is off to a great start with a high point registration to start and four speakers already on
the list to present to all of you.

I want to personally thank the board of directors for all of the work they put into making the organization healthy and productive.

I wish each of you a happy, productive and healthy holidays season.
